Unique specialties from the Black Forest were displayed for the international visitors on a platform of 100 square meters. The low fat shepherds' sausage was awarded Top Innovative Product Anuga 2011. The national TV stations ARD and ZDF broadcasted the "Morning Magazine" directly from the stand of Schwarzwaldhof.
